Subprocessor Disclosure

SalesGamez uses subprocessors to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of business customers. This page does not list every supplier used for SalesGamez’s own controller activities. It lists organisations that may process Customer Personal Data within the meaning of Article 28 UK GDPR.

Each organisation below processes Customer Personal Data only to provide the service to SalesGamez, under written data-protection terms. The contracting entity and contract details for any provider can be requested from privacy@salesgamez.com.

SalesGamez runs on a small provider stack. Lovable provides the application platform, deployment and hosting. Supabase provides the database, authentication and file storage where Customer Personal Data, including optional player photographs, is held. Lovable’s email service delivers our account, billing, support and service emails.

Stripe handles payment checkout, subscriptions, invoices and payment status, and acts for its own purposes as well as ours for fraud prevention and payment regulation. We send Stripe only the account owner’s billing details, not salesperson names, photographs, performance figures or game data.

Google and Microsoft are not subprocessors of Customer Personal Data. Where a user chooses to sign in with Google or Microsoft, they are signing in to sign-in applications registered to SalesGamez in our own name, and the provider acts as an independent controller of its own account and security records. We receive only the email address, basic profile name and account identifier needed to identify the SalesGamez account, and no Customer Personal Data about salespeople is sent to either provider.

We do not use analytics, advertising, heat-map or social-tracking providers. Our providers create operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Lovable. Application platform, hosting, deployment and email delivery. Processes account and user data, Customer Personal Data held in the hosted application, and the content of emails we send. Processor.

Supabase. Database, authentication and file storage. Processes account and user data and all Customer Personal Data entered into the service, including optional player photographs. Processor.

Stripe. Payment checkout, subscriptions, invoices and payment status. Processes the account owner’s name, email address, billing details and payment records. Stripe acts as a processor for the payment services we ask it to perform and as a controller for its own legal, fraud-prevention and payment-regulation purposes. Stripe does not receive Customer Personal Data about salespeople.

Purelymail. Mailbox and mail routing for our support addresses, so that replies to our emails reach us and appear in the message centre. Processes the sender name, email address and content of support messages. Processor.

Make. Passes incoming support replies from our mailbox into the SalesGamez message centre. Processes the sender name, email address and content of those replies. Processor.

Some of these providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK approved transfer terms, as described in the Privacy Policy. Details of the safeguard for a particular provider can be requested from privacy@salesgamez.com.

SalesGamez will give customers at least 30 days’ advance notice before a new or replacement subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data. Notice will explain how to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. If a reasonable objection is unresolved, the Customer may terminate the materially affected service without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund for prepaid service not provided. Notice will be given by email to the account owner’s address and published on this page.

Emergency changes needed to protect security or continuity will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable, with an explanation.
