Pick the measure the road runs on and the wording your team recognises.

Put each player on the road with their own car.

The highway goes up on the TV with everyone at the start line.

Each result pushes that player further down the route in front of the floor.

You choose the measure

The manager sets the measure and the wording, then updates the figures from a phone. The board on the big screen moves as each result goes in, so nobody has to keep a leaderboard by hand.
